Unfortunately we do not ship outside of Canada. At this time Top Tier Cannabis is only shipping in Canada.
Once payment is received, your order will ship the following business day. If your payment is made by 10AM PT, it will ship same day. If payment is made after 10AM PT on Friday, your order will ship On the following business day and the tracking number will be provided. Canada Post does not ship during weekends or statuary holidays. Please place orders according to medicinal needs.

All packages will be sent via Canada Post Xpresspost and typically takes 1-3 business days based on your location.

* Top Tier Cannabis will do our best in shipping as fast as possible however, we do not have control over shipping delays. If a package does not get delivered, we will submit a claim with Canada Post and can take up to 14 Business days for a resolution.

Canada Post’s tracking numbers are usually accurate and are up to date. In some instances scans may now appear and delays with shipping is possible. Generally packages arrive within 3 business days, however if your package does not appear please follow up with us and we will try our best to ensure your package will be delivered.

Your order should arrive within 2 business days from the estimated delivery date provided from Canada Post. If your package does not arrive after 2 business days AFTER the estimated delivery date please contact us.

We will open an investigation with Canada Post.Please note that investigations with Canada Post can take 10 business days, once completed we will provide a resolution.

There are 2 likely scenarios as to why this has happened:

a) The postal worker placed it in the wrong mailbox
b) The postal worker prematurely marked the package as delivered. The package usually turns up the next day.

If you do not receive your package after 2 business days, please advise the Top Tier Cannabis team and we will start an investigation with Canada Post.

If your package is heading to the incorrect location, it is very possible the package was placed on the incorrect truck. If this happens, the package should re-route to you with delays.

Although this is very rare, it can be possible the package gets sent back to us. If the package is returned, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you before it has been scanned in at the post office. Until it has been scanned in, your tracking number will not be trackable on the Canada Post website. So please wait 24 hours and the tracking should be correct. If it does not, please email us and we will look into it.

Top Tier Cannabis ensures ALL packages are sent correctly and with products inside. IF you are claiming an empty package, you must provide us with video proof (UNEDITED) of the package being empty before proceeding with any type of investigation.

If proof is provided and valid, we will start an investigation with Canada Post with regards to the empty box and take each situation case by case.

If there is no proof of the empty box, unfortunately Top Tier Cannabis is not liable and will not provide a refund or replacement. All packages are weighed correctly once packaged at TTC.

Please allow time for our team to receive payments. E-transfers can take from 30 minutes to an hour for it to be received. If we have not accepted payment after an hour, please check the email you had sent it to.
Orders will only be held for 48 hours. After 48 hours we will not be able to hold the products. Orders on hold for 48 hours will be automatically cancelled. If you require more time, please email us and advise. All products are very limited and we want to be able to fulfill everyone’s orders.


Yes, you may edit your order. Please let us know and we will try our best to assist. We highly recommend that when orders are placed that the items are exactly what you’re hoping for. If you have not made payment and would like to cancel the order, you may do so. Please email us to cancel orders.

If you’ve paid and decide to cancel, we can cancel but will only provide a store credit. The store credit can be used for a future order.

Unfortunately not, just like the retail world, unannounced sales happen all the time. If your order isn’t processing yet, you are more than welcome to cancel the current order and place a new one.

No, unfortunately we have a no refunds policy and will not be able to take products back. Please be sure when placing the order that you read product descriptions carefully. The Top Tier Cannabis team is very transparent and will provide images of the actual product and will describe the product as best as can be.

No, black ash does not mean the weed was not flushed properly or that the weed is not good.

All orders are final sale and no exchanges are offered. If an item is missing in your package, please email us immediately with videos of an unboxing. We highly recommend unboxing videos as this would be proof that items are missing. We will do our best to find a resolution for you.
